Second neonics paper

Our second paper exploring how sub-lethal doses of neonicotinoid pesticides disrupt sex allocation in Nasonia wasps has now been accepted for publication in Ecological Entomology – well done to Nicki and the team. This work has shown that very low doses – only a few parts per billion – can influence facultative sex allocation, and thus highlights another cost of these pesticides to benefical insects that we need to maintain in our environments.

At least one further follow-up paper to come… stay tuned!
